After the chicken has had time to rest and chill to a safe-handling temperature, we cut it into individual cuts, vacuum-pack it, and freeze it. Vacuum packs will contain: 2 boneless breasts/ea, 2 leg quarters/ea, 2 wings/ea.
If you'd like your chicken in cuts, please pre-order. We determine how many whole birds to process into cut-ups based on our pre-orders for dressed chickens.
